CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and AAC (Agile Analysis Certified) with more than 18 years of experience in the Information Technology Sector, of which more than 11 years in the Business Analysis field. Worked for many companies in Egypt and exposed to many types of business, e.g. Electrical Components Management, Stock Markets Information Exchange, Governmental Services and e-payment Solutions. Currently working as a Business Analysis Consultant and Trainer for corporates and individuals. Over the past years conducted Business Analysis Training for multiple groups and helped many individuals to pass their Business Analysis certification exams successfully.
